Candice’s appreciation for events started at a young age with her main priorities being guest experience and hospitality. Her sense of community and drive for connection come from her multicultural upbringing spanning coasts of the United States, the islands of Hawaii, and Argentina.
A passion for hospitality, collaboration and teamwork led to a graduate degree in organizational management and a robust career in the luxury hotel industry. Candice has experience managing corporate events for Fortune 500 companies for an international hotel brand in Santa Monica. She also has produced and designed experiential destination weddings across the globe as a director for a high-end firm. Her mission for events is to create an environment that is authentic to the clients’ vision and the setting, while elevating the experience through subtle high touch details.
Born and raised in the islands of Hawai’i, Mia embodies the aloha spirit wherever she goes. Mia studied Marketing Management at Temple University in Philadelphia. Upon graduation, she moved to New York City, where she worked in advertising and led projects and campaigns for clients like QuickBooks and Visa. From there, Mia decided to dive headfirst into the world of events, getting her start under a luxury planner in NYC.
Her client-facing, project management experience positioned her for success as she became a member of the Candice Edinger Events team. Mia serves as a Production Manager, helping Candice bring thoughtfully designed weddings, corporate, and social events to life all over the world.
